Tom – the Cat is about the life and dubious works of a large tabby tomcat, who lives with the narrator, an indulgent and adoring finance director.

Sir Gilbert Stanley, Tory politician and great landowner is like many rich men. He had taken peasant mistresses in his youth, later abandoning them with no means of support. The women all died evil deaths and the children were placed in the workhouse. Sir Gilbert longed secretly for these children and watched their progress to adulthood. Unaware he was their father, the children became absorbed into his household as servants. He favored them, and their status became ambiguous. The outside world was horrified, and the household imploded. Murder

This is a collection of stories I have written over ten years. Some have been performed on stage and were greeted with great hilarity. Some are more somber, even a little spine chilling. I have also included some of my history pieces as history is one of my great interests.

Sisters Katarina Cat and Bianca cat, are two extreme and independent feminist cats, one Knave and one Seductress. Through adopting them, the chauvinist Petruchio learnt to understand his love, the Feminist lady, Katerina. The story is told in sonnets, like Tom Cat.
